Publican departamentos con información errónea, no te cuentan qué es lo que hacen y cuando llegas a ver un departamento de 2 habitaciones te avisan que lo van a remodelar divir en dos departamentos :S
ESTAFADORES, nunca más!!! Una pérdida de tiempo total

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una empresa sin ética ni procesos, hice todo el proceso con ellos, les enseñe el departamento, tomaron medidas, fotos etc. Días después me mandaron una propuesta, era debajo del precio que esperaba pero acepte, tuve varias reuniones con ellos por videollamada y fui a la notaría para empezar con el proceso de venta, envié TODOS los papeles que me pidieron para empezar con el proceso, y ya iniciado el proceso con la notaria, a la mitad del proceso ya con todo firmado y los papeles enviados dicen que no les gusta la distribución del departamento y van a retirar la oferta. No me dan mayor explicación solo piden una disculpa sin más, cuando yo ya había sacado a mis inquilinos y había hechos inversión en el departamento para que se pudiera vender. Pésimo servicio, sin ética, sin credibilidad, sin valores, sin nada. NUNCA los recomendaría a nadie, no son una empresa sería ni de confiar.
It is a company without ethics or processes, I did the whole process with them, I showed them the department, they took measurements, photos, etc. Days later they sent me a proposal, it was below the price I expected but I accepted, I had several meetings with them by video call and I went to the notary to start the sales process, I sent ALL the papers they asked me to start the process, and The process with the notary has already started, in the middle of the process with everything signed and the papers sent say that they do not like the distribution of the department and they are going to withdraw the offer. They do not give me a further explanation, they only ask for an apology without further ado, when I had already removed my tenants and had made an investment in the apartment so that it could be sold. Terrible service, without ethics, without credibility, without values, without anything. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone, they are not a company to be trusted.

El equipo de Flat que me acompañó en la operación de venta es muy empático y profesional pues te brindan todo el tiempo el apoyo y el seguimiento en trámites, documentación, notaría, videollamadas y juntas para darte la certeza que necesitas en el proceso de compra/venta.
