Excellent place to eat head flutes.
They are very rich and golden brown bathed in cabbage and a rich sauce

One cannot stop eating some neighborhood flutes, their cream and cabbage well browned. The sauce with a flavor that has not changed the itching point to accompany these flutes without going overboard and you can not miss your glass of tepache to accompany.
A very clean place and good attention I remember when my mom took me now I take my grandson??

Lastima
We went to the place because it was highly recommended. However, the experience was somewhat disappointing because of the following:
In a video they said that the service started at 8. We arrived at that time and they told us that they started until the cashier arrived, who arrived after 9:30. I do not understand why you had to wait for her since they charged until the exit.
The staff was terribly apathetic, slow and disinterested since we wanted to try the other tacos (head and suadero) and they didn't even take us into account. They left my husband with the word in his mouth
The flutes taste good but too small to be called a flute. the sauce a bit spicy but rich. The most recommended, the tepache
And a small detail, the cashier, when leaving, charged us more and since she threw the change at my husband and took it out of the box, they didn't even give us time to complain.
Pity

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mark Weins had an episode on this spot, so I had to try it. It was kind of hard to find because the sidewalk is full of vendors. Once found, it's community seating. You order from a server and get your order. The napkins are pieces of actual paper, so bring your own napkins or wipes. The flautas were just great! I'll try their other stuff next round!
