★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hable para hacer un pedido con anticipación 6:40pm, sé que abren a las 7:00pm como está anunciado, me tomaron mi pedido me dijeron que 7:15 estaban listos, les dije ok.
pasaron las 7:40 y aun no me llevaban mi pedido, pasaron 30 minutos... marque a las 8:00pm y me comentaron que habia 2 pedidos antes que el mio. que entregando esos 2 seguia el mio. DECIDÍ CANCELAR MI PEDIDO...
osea que hay que marcar desde las 6pm para que seas de los primeros que te puedan atender. ademas la persona que contesta muy grosera y pesima atencion. era la primera ves que pedia, no me quedaron ganas de regresar o volver a pedir, Si no se dan abasto con el servicio a domicilio o pongan otra persona mas o quiten el servicio....
Call to place an order in advance 6:40pm, I know they open at 7:00pm as advertised, they took my order they told me that 7:15 they were ready, I said ok.
7:40 passed and they still didn't take my order, 30 minutes passed... I dialed at 8:00 pm and they told me that there were 2 orders before mine. that delivering those 2 followed mine. I DECIDED TO CANCEL MY ORDER...
I mean, you have to dial from 6pm so that you are one of the first to attend to you. In addition, the person who answers very rude and terrible attention. It was the first time I ordered, I didn't feel like going back or ordering again, if they can't cope with the home service or put another person or remove the service....
