★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorite places in Cholula. Great, tasty traditional mexican food. Flautas (deep fried long tacos) are fantastic. Haven't decided which is my favorite salsa so I get bandera (flag= half green sauce, half red sauce). Also try the maracuya water.
