El lugar perfecto para celebrar cualquier tipo de ocasión, es bellísimo el lugar, la comida muy rica, el servicio excelente por parte de todo el personal. Altamente recomendado.

El personal increíblemente amable, la comida deliciosa y te cocinan lo que pidas aunque no esté en el menú. La vista panorámica de las montañas con la alberca tipo infinito está súper. Sin duda, mi nuevo lugar favorito en Oaxaca. Tienen que ir.

Stayed here during the first two nights of Día de Los Muertos; what a beautiful hotel. The bunker suite has an impressive sliding floor entrance, a beautiful tub with a view of the sky/stars, a large rain shower, and a comfy king size bed. The staff working here was also very nice. Only issue is that you can hear the music playing till past midnight, even down in the bunker suite, so I can only imagine how loud it may have been in the other suites.

The most beautiful place in all of Oaxaca. Highly recommend going, even if it’s just for dinner or a drink.

The view is AMAZING! But.... the "experience" as they called, is unpleasant. Starting with the restaurant manager, he was good to me as a guest, but I saw from far how he was screaming to a waitress, UNACCEPTABLE!! Food was not cooked properly- chicken and mushrooms. Drinks were mmm ok - mezcal con maracuya Over all it was a very poor experience. Instead go to "la selva" or "danzantes"- AMAZING people work there, or even go and have dinner at the market. If you don't have a car you might spend $250 pesos round trip to Oaxaca downtown.- plus the taxi takes about 20 min - 30 min to pick you up. Beautiful place - 4 starts Bad service- 0 starts but Google won't allow it Thanks!

This hotel is an architectural gem. Located on the outskirts of Oaxaca city, it is the perfect place for a getaway, especially if you intend on spending most of your time on the premises. From a design perspective, every corner has been well thought out and articulated by the architect. Perched atop a mountain in a new and upcoming neighborhood, the Kundavi room overlooks the entire city, a beautiful scene during the daytime and at night with the city lights. The hotel's restaurant [Cruz] offers an unrivaled view of the surrounding landscape and a wide range of delicious dishes [Oaxaca is the gastronomical capital of Mexico after all]. Despite it being a rather small boutique hotel with only 11 rooms in total, every room is uniquely designed and the architecture is full of surprises making it an exciting place to stay. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and cater to every need. Priscilla, the front desk manager exceeded all expectations with her hospitality and knowledge of the area. If you're planning to visit Oaxaca, staying at the Flavia is a must. I'd highly recommend at least three nights to fully enjoy the premises and while each room has its own unique exciting features, the Kundavi is highly recommended since you get your own rooftop terrace and private pool! The hotel can also arrange day excursions including a trip to the petrified waterfalls of Hierve El Agua [a must see]!
