Sin embargo en las compras recientes de un año para acà, me ha preocupado su control de calidad.
El dìa viernes 9 de octubre comprè 2 pares en la tienda de galerias insurgentes, unas botas y unos zapatos. Y al estrenarlos, a las botas se les desprediò la tapa del tacòn, y el dìa de hoy estreno los zapatos que tienen un moño al frente y uno de los moños se desprenden.
En anteriores compras ya me habia sucedio lo de la tapa del tacòn y en unca ocasiòn todo el tacòn se rompio en la tienda.
Mi nombre es Maria Eugenia Fonseca y en verdad estoy muy molesta por estos detalles de calidad en un zapato que se supone es de buena calidad.
I am a regular buyer of your brand shoes, I like their models and they are supposed to be good quality shoes, and that for the price one pays, I hope I have no problem with them. However, in recent one-year purchases here, I have been concerned about its quality control.
On Friday, October 9, I bought 2 pairs at the insurgent gallery store, boots and shoes. And when they were released, the boots were detached from the top of the heel, and today I premiere the shoes that have a bow in front and one of the bows come off.
In previous purchases I had already happened about the lid of the heel and on one occasion the entire heel was broken in the store.
My name is Maria Eugenia Fonseca and I am really very upset about these quality details in a shoe that is supposed to be of good quality.
