★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comida sencilla, muy casera, con variedad de complementos, incluye la bebida. Sin embargo los baños dejan mucho que desear, pisos sucios, sin agua para bajarles, sin papel... La verdad se me fue el hambre después de verlos.
 Simple food, very homemade, with a variety of accessories, including drinks. However, the bathrooms leave a lot to be desired, dirty floors, no water to wash them down, no paper... The truth is that my hunger left me after seeing them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un bufete donde el plato fuerte son 3 o 4 guisados super caseros, pero tienen variedad en ensaladas y verduras al vapor. El agua y las tortillas a mano están incluidas por los $60. El decorado del lugar es sin duda lo mejor.
Como opción económica se los recomiendo.
It is a buffet where the main course is 3 or 4 super homemade stews, but they have a variety of salads and steamed vegetables. Water and tortillas by hand are included for the $ 60. The decoration of the place is without a doubt the best.
As an economical option I recommend them.

Recomendaría mantener caliente algunos platillos, pero fuera de eso me gusto! En la imagen se muestra un poco de algunos platillos que ofrecen!
Everything they offer you for only 60 pesos is incredible. The food is very good, the drinks not so much, they lack concentrate. The attention is very friendly and it has everything from a buffet. I would recommend keeping some dishes warm, but other than that I liked it! The image shows a bit of some of the dishes they offer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food and good selection for only 60 pesos. They had the biggest chicken legs I think I've ever seen, so this meat lover was happy. Service was very attentive and two of the English speaking staff visited my table just to make sure everything was OK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los Sabores de La Chef is a grand buffet of, yes, Mexican food. I ate at one of these buffets -- it's a chain here in Oaxaca -- and thought the food was pretty good. It's the first buffet of Mexican food I'd been to since one I attended in Reno about 30 years ago. It's surprising that these Oaxacan buffets still exist. I don't think buffets exist in the United States after the coronavirus pandemic. At least the renown Soup Plantation in San Diego has closed forever.
