Be prepared to bargain and ask for a 30% to 50% discount.
The pharmacy has medicine at good prices. 80% off compared to the US (see prices on picture) and for some products 50% off compared to the Drugs and Deli a few blocks always.
Farmacias Especializada, en downtown Cancun has even lower prices

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a nightmare. You literally will be physically accosted by venders as they attempt to pull you into their shops. Someone said prepare to haggle? You don’t have the opportunity because the shop owners are shoving things in your face. You can’t even look at the merchandise. There is a huge Mexican outlet store around the corner, they have everything and you can actually peruse the merchandise without harassment.
