★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El viaje a Xilitla es sumamente pesado, va haciendo paradas como si fuera un pesero. Se hace fácilmente 2 horas más que si fuera directo. Muy mal.
The trip to Xilitla is extremely heavy, making stops as if it were a pesero. It is easily done 2 hours more than if it were direct. Very badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El número telefónico que tienen registrado no funciona, el personal de andenes tiene pésima actitud, no tienen información actualizada en cuanto a corridas, a pesar de que flecha amarilla pertenece a primera plus, deja mucho que desear, una mala experiencia.
The telephone number they have registered does not work, the platform staff has a terrible attitude, they do not have updated information regarding bullfights, despite the fact that the yellow arrow belongs to first plus, it leaves much to be desired, a bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio hacia la sierra gorda siempre ha dejado mucho que desear. Un viaje de 5 horas, desde Querétaro y los camiones sin baño. En una ocasión el chófer no dejó bajar a una persona de la 3a edad en Pinal de amoles al baño y más adelante la bajó a pie de carretera y le dijo que ahí hiciera sus necesidades.
Viajan con sobre cupo. Aunque son cómodos, eso convierte el viaje en una mala experiencia.
The service to the Sierra Gorda has always left much to be desired. A 5-hour trip, from Querétaro and the trucks without bathrooms. On one occasion the driver did not let an elderly person in Pinal de Amoles get off to the bathroom and later dropped her off at the foot of the road and told her to relieve herself there.
They travel with over quota. Although they are comfortable, that makes the trip a bad experience.
