★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un servicio muy deficiente por parte de la administración ya que ellos son los causantes de tantas fallas los choferes son lo de menos ya que la gente se queja de ellos pero si no le ponen un alto desde administración no se va hacer nada ojalá y cambien la plantilla de arriba ya que de nada sirve cambiar choferes si no se preocupan por los usuarios que reciben malos tratos,insultos y malas caras desde la cajera de la central asta el que lava el carro pasando por los inspectores que no dan la pauta para la mejora del mismo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En flecha azul además de que los carros ya están muy desgastados y maltratados , los choferes que ahí trabajan la mayoría manejan horrible y hasta parece que no les importa la vida de los pasajeros ya que dan arrancones y se vuelan los topes además de que en plena pandemia jamás se vio esa parte de que tenían que reducir los pasajeros por reglas de salubridad y salud si no al contrario metían gente hasta por dónde no debían de ir la gente jamás se suban a un autobús de esta línea es pésimo todo los choferes, el personal de taquilla y sobre todo los autobuses que ni una barrida que se ve que ni le han dado en años

De que sirve que tomen la temperatura a la entrada, si los locatarios no usan cubreboca, los autobuses van siempre saturados y hacen 50 paradas antes de llegar al destino. Además la Centralita ya requiere una remodelación, sobretodo en el patio de maniobras.
Lamentablemente no opción para viajar a Los Pocitos.
