★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es muy tardado el transporte no tiene horarios bien definidos se atrasan y no recuperan el tiempo e llegado ami trabajo tarde y otras bien temprano pregunto con el checador el tiempo o horario y que se atraso o ya acababa de pasar y me descontrolan sus horarios espero y lo solucionen

Tarda bastante
Los choferes dejan subir a toda clase de vendedores y eso parece mercado.
En tiempos de calor el aire acondicionado no es bastante frío.
Por el contrario de la ruta México Toluca, es bastante eficiente y las unidades están siempre limpias y no se suben vendedores.
Que raro es la misma línea pero diferente el servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En esta línea compre un boleto de autobús por cuota ya que se supone es más rápido pero se fue por el camino más largo y no llegue a tiempo a mi trabajo, me queje tome foto del autobús, hable por teléfono y la señorita me dijo que a lo mejor habían cerrado el paso que falta de respeto que nos quieran ver la cara y lo peor es que cobraron a precio alto el viaje, pésimo servicio.
