★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen la peor logística que he conocido en paqueteria, no logro explicarme ¿como es posible que tengan tres semanas con mis paquetes y no hayan llegado aun a su destino?.
Por mas que llamo al numero de atención a clientes y escribo correos no son respondidos.
No me explico como es que no llegan las cosas si vivió en México, no al otro lado del mundo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi caso el servicio fue pésimo. Los contraté para un día domingo, necesitaba el servicio lo más temprano posible y ellos dijeron que a las 7 am. En primer lugar llegaron dos horas tarde. Las personas que enviaron no tenían idea de cómo hacer la carga de los muebles. Cuando contraté el servicio me dijeron que incluía el emplaye del mobiliario para que no se maltratara, cosa que no hicieron porque no traían el plástico. Me rompieron un buro y una cajonera la dejaron descuadrada y nadie se hizo responsable y no querían descargar los muebles si no les pagaba primero. Y por último la actitud de los empleaditos era pésima, todo lo hicieron al aventón. Pésimo, pésimo servicio.
In my case the service was lousy. I hired them for a Sunday, I needed the service as early as possible and they said 7 am. In the first place they were two hours late. The people who sent had no idea how to load the furniture. When I hired the service, they told me that it included the furniture's plaster so that it wouldn't be mistreated, which they didn't do because they didn't bring the plastic. They broke a bureau and a chest of drawers left it out of square and no one was responsible and they did not want to unload the furniture if I did not pay them first. And finally, the attitude of the employees was terrible, they did everything by hitchhiking. Terrible, terrible service.

Terrible service, they never went to my home for the package and very late to make the delivery, I do not recommend it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención, la sucursal es muy amplia y sus empleados súper amables, me parece que no es como tal una sucursal de redpack ya que los sellos que ponen tienen otro nombre pero he hecho envíos con guías de prepago y todo excelente.
