★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio! Llame para cotización y si no tienes las medias exactas y peso no te pueden cotizar servicio lamentable !! Cómo si hicieran un favor o no te lo fueran a cobrar , la chica que responde el teléfono te dicta el mail súper rápido como si tuviera prisa en colgar !!
Terrible service! Call for quotation and if you do not have the exact means and weight you can not quote unfortunate service !! As if they did a favor or they were not going to charge you, the girl who answers the phone dictates you the super fast mail as if you were in a hurry to hang up !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendida de muy mala gana, cuando solicite la cotización me dijeron que yo les diera la tarifa para ver si me podían apoyar yo le mencione que no solicitaba un apoyo que requería un servicio, dado a esto pase mi tarifa y me respondió que por esa tarifa ellos no trabajaban. La verdad que pena que un trabajador se tome la libertad de tratar así a un cliente, dudo mucho que quien atiende las llamadas sea dueña.
I was treated very reluctantly, when asked for the quote they told me that I would give them the rate to see if they could support me, I would mention that I did not request a support that required a service, given this my rate and I answered that for that rate they did not work. The truth is that it is a pity that a worker takes the liberty to treat a client like this, I doubt very much that whoever handles calls is the owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención! No utilicé el servicio porque solicité una cotización aproximada y no me la quisieron dar, de muy mala gana atendieron, ojalá pudieran tener a alguien que de una atención de calidad ya que la primera impresión es mala y ni siquiera se vuelve opción.
Lousy attention! I did not use the service because I requested an approximate quote and they did not want to give it to me, very reluctantly they attended, I wish they could have someone who gives quality attention since the first impression is bad and it does not even become an option.
