Desde que tenía 30 minutos de retraso se notificó al director de la empresa (Cuyo nombre jamás proporciono) y respondía en periodos de 20 min y en veces en 30 min. Todavía es hora que no llegan y en el transcurso me han dicho: ya está por llegar el chofer, voy a hablar con los choferes y mil cosas que no ayudan. Ni siquiera se ofreció una ayuda en la cuestión de la cargada de las cosas, de inmediato asumieron que quería un descuento. Y en fin, aquí estoy con mis cosas afuera desde la hora acordada (3 horas y media)
