En general el personal es amable.
Los costos son algo elevados, en ocasiones pueden hacerte cargo adicional.
En mi experiencia el señor que me asignaron para el viaje muy amable y hizo impecable su trabajo, la persona que los dirige no es tan amable pero vale la pena contratar el servicio por la amabilidad y servicio del los empleados.

In general the staff is friendly.
The costs are somewhat high, sometimes they can make you an additional charge.
In my experience, the man who assigned me for the trip was very friendly and did his job impeccably, the person who runs them is not so friendly but it is worth hiring the service for the kindness and service of the employees.
