★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuve investigando precios en varias fleteras y ésta fue la más económica. Sin embargo, el día pactado para la mudanza llegaron como 4 horas tarde, y empezaron a poner reparos por el precio. Resulta que este señor, Martín, mandó a otras personas, y nunca más me contestó el teléfono.
Los que llegaron no quisieron hacer el trabajo por la cantidad pactada con Martín, y me querían cobrar MÁS DEL DOBLE (o sea, más de lo que me cobraba Mudanzas Coyoacán, que es la principal). Llegamos a un arreglo, y sí que trabajaron duro, pero me abollaron mi refrigerador, y no se hicieron responsables. Por supuesto, no hubo ningún contrato de prestación de servicios, ni ninguna garantía que amparara los daños.
Martín es informal y tramposo. NO LO CONTRATEN.
(PD: Respondiendo a la respuesta, añado la hoja que encontré por ahí, ya bastante vieja, donde aparece mi proceso de elección, para demostrar lo que digo, y también la foto con una parte de los daños causados a mi refrigerador.
No siempre es posible pasarse de listo con los clientes y alegar que "gente malintencionada" pretende dañar la reputación de un negocio).
