★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta mejorar el servicio en cuanto al personal en taquilla y también falta renovar la taquilla, y el área de espera, no me imagino esperar afuera (en calle), cuando haga demasiado calor, frío o lluvia, son cosas que se deberían de tomar en cuenta para que los clientes los sigan prefiriendo, enviar nuevas unidades o en buen estado a lugares muy remotos con poca accesibilidad.
There is a need to improve the service in terms of the staff at the box office and there is also a need to renew the box office, and the waiting area, I can't imagine waiting outside (on the street), when it is too hot, cold or rainy, these are things that should be taken in account for customers to continue to prefer, send new units or in good condition to very remote places with little accessibility.
