Llevaba la factura, que necesitabas el ticket, que solo te podían realizar el cambio por el mismo modelo, te guste o no, te moleste o no. Que no tenían el 1/2 número más abajo, que en otra sucursal. Pregunté por otro modelo que me gustó y sin siquiera consultar me dijeron que ese modelo estaba con descuento y que tenían muy pocos números del mismo. A pesar que dicho modelo era más caro que el que iba a cambiar y estaba dispuesto a pagar la diferencia. El colmo es que la misión del establecimiento es "brindar al cliente un servicio que lo deje plenamente satisfecho" palabras más palabras menos.
