J	Jefte Resendiz (Reséndiz Corp.) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los zapatos sin duda son buenos, de eso no hay duda y por eso buscamos esa marca pero la ATENCION en general de las 4 EMPLEADAS es PESIMA y se les ve que no tienen ganas de atender, y eso no es solo de hoy 16 de noviembre, si no también en ocasiones pasadas que a pesar de la mala atención hemos comprado pero hoy si fue la gota que derramó el vaso. Mi esposa pidió se le mostrará una talla de botas y no le ajusto así que pidio otra y la empleada puso mala cara, pero después pido otro modelo y entonces dijo algo en voz baja a otra ( que solo estaba en el celular y gente viendo los modelos y sin atender ) demostrando molestia por tener que ir por otro modelo a el almacén. Y eso lo percatamos y ellas también porque se chivearon. Y entonces decidió mi esposa ya no medirse las últimas botas que pidio y nos salimos por su mala cara, atención y murmuró! Es de mala educación ser un empleado que está en atención al cliente y sea grosero y no atienda como debe hacerlo. Creo que el dueño de la tienda debe hacer algo pronto porque hay más tiendas y la empresa zapatera no pierde. Soy dueño de un negocio con atención al cliente y se lo importante que es ser amable, cortéz y entregado para hacer sentir agusto al cliente. The shoes are undoubtedly good, there is no doubt about that and that is why we are looking for that brand but the ATTENTION in general of the 4 EMPLOYEES is PESIMA and they are seen that they do not feel like attending, and that is not only today November 16 , if not also in past occasions that despite the bad attention we have bought but today it was the drop that spilled the glass. My wife asked for a size of boots and I don't adjust so she asked for another one and the employee put on a bad face, but then I ask another model and then she said something quietly to another (who was only on the cell phone and people watching the unattended models) showing annoyance about having to go to the store for another model. And we noticed that and they also because they were funny. And then my wife decided not to measure the last boots she asked for and we got out of her bad face, attention and she murmured! It is rude to be an employee who is in customer service and is rude and does not attend to how he should do it. I think the store owner should do something soon because there are more stores and the shoemaker does not lose. I own a business with customer service and I know how important it is to be kind, courteous and dedicated to make the customer feel comfortable.
