★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatal atención al cliente.Deseaba cambiar un par de zapatos por otro modelo y me dijeron que supuestamente estaba apartado,ante tal negativa por parte de las "dueñas de la marca"(me refiero a la cajera despóta y demás empleadas)supuestamente se me hizo el cambio por otro número,pero oh sorpresa!al llegar a casa me di cuenta que las tipas esas no hicieron correción de la talla y me dieron el mismo par.Obvio voy a reclamar.La empresa debería tener más cuidado en el personal que emplea,les falta capacitación y sobretodo ética laboral!!
Fatal customer service. I wanted to change a pair of shoes for another model and they told me that it was supposedly isolated, given such a refusal by the "owners of the brand" (I mean the despotic cashier and other employees) supposedly I was The change for another number, but oh surprise! When I got home I realized that those women did not make a size correction and they gave me the same pair. Obviously I'm going to complain. The company should take more care in the staff it employs , they lack training and above all work ethics !!
