Yo iba muy feliz con mi hija y al entrar a la tienda las dos señoritas con una cara horrible de pocos amigos, una d lentes intentando ser amable y la otra casi casi queriendo que te vayas de la tienda. Muy feo la verdad! No quedan ganas de comprar. Podría la Gerencia poner más atención al servicio al cliente, pues uno viene de otras tiendas y es amablemente atendido. Hoy 18 de Mayo 2021 visité la tienda y tuve esa experiencia. Al contarle a mis papas me dijeron que ellos también habían tenido una mala atención en una visita en esta tienda. Ojalá este comentario haga que mejore el servicio. Gracias y Saludos!! Hi! Comfortable shoes and a good price but the staff with a very ugly vibe. I was very happy with my daughter and when entering the store the two ladies with a horrible face of few friends, one glasses trying to be nice and the other almost almost wanting you to leave the store. Very ugly indeed! There is no desire to buy. Management could pay more attention to customer service, since one comes from other stores and is kindly attended. Today May 18, 2021 I visited the store and had that experience. When I told my parents, they told me that they too had received bad attention in a visit to this store.
