Flexi es garantía en calidad, la atención de la señorita que cobra y contesta el teléfono pésima, hoy a medio día llame para preguntar por un calzado, a cuenta gotas las palabras y solo colgó, más tarde fui a comprar, traté de ser cortez solo hacía muecas!! Muy mal!!

It's truly extraordinary to me how a shoe business in Mexico, that pays such a high amount of rent as it does in this mall - which is dedicated to shoe stores (all of them competitors) could afford to have the SINGLE WORSE customer treatment that I have ever seen in ANY country. We were completely invisible to the employees. In fact, the purchase that we made on that very slow afternoon seemed more like a nuisance to the three employees, who seemed far more interested in their own fun-and-games amongst themselves, as they did with ANYTHING about us or the business. My wife and I arrived with our two children on a very slow Sunday afternoon. (Mexico was about to play the final game in the Gold Cup). The store was completely empty, except for the two uniformed women employees that were looking in our direction with smiles and laughs. For a brief moment I thought that the two women at the front might be welcoming us smiles, and perhaps laughing at our two playful children. But no. When they burst out laughing - like a bunch of rude teenagers - it became clear that they didn't even notice us (the only customers) but were merely laughing and flirting with the male employees standing directly behind us outside the store. Even as I looked at them trying to get their attention (from 4 meters in front of them) they continued to laugh and yell at the other employee behnd us. In fact, during our entire entry and purchase, we were ENTIRELY invisible to these employees. They didn't greet us. They didn't offer us any assistance. They didn't suggest any styles, and we had to interrupt their jokes and texting to get them to find us the shoe size we needed. Even during the payment of the shoes, they kept talking amongst themselves about which ice-cream tasted better. You would think that we were beggars that were bothering them. I don't know if this is a cultural thing or not. But those "sales" personnel were completely useless. In the presence of about twenty other stores in the same mall - many of which had workers outside of the door asking us what we were looking for, it might serve the managers well to know that their own workers were completely useless. If not for our restless kids, we would have walked right out of there.
