El personal es muy agradable, el tour se hace ameno y muy disfrutable. Te atienden siempre con la mejor disposición.
El tour flaquea un poco al inicio, pero conforme avanzas se va haciendo interesante, te explican el proceso y el porqué de cada cosa. Al final la degustación es de lo mejor.
El restaurante, la vista y los quesos valen mucho la pena. Es una estancia de casi tres horas, pero se pasan volando. Recomendado definitivamente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitivamente una experiencia que se tiene que hacer al visitar Bernal o Tequisquiapan.
Tiene varias opciones de recorridos en las cuales te explican la operación del rancho, su historia, valores y su diferenciador. Los guías muy amables y preparados.
En nuestro caso hicimos el recorrido express y nos encantó la experiencia. Lo visitamos con un menor y el también muy divertido. También tienen opciones en las que visitas el viñedo, la cava de quesos y hasta la experiencia de hacer un picnic.
Después del recorrido nos quedamos en su restaurante y considero fue de las mejores comidas que hicimos en nuestro viaje. Ya que la conbinacion del ambiente, la naturaleza y una buena comida hicieron que se complementará.
Ya de regreso dejamos pasar la oportunidad y nos llevamos un par de opciones de quesos madurado.
Por supuesto que esperamos volver en otra oportunidad.

After the tour we stayed at his restaurant and I consider it to be one of the best meals we had on our trip. Since the combination of the environment, nature and good food made it complement each other.
On our way back, we let the opportunity pass and we took a couple of options of matured cheeses.
Of course we hope to return another time.
