★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les falta mejor atención y amabilidad. El servicio de foto copiado no es muy bueno y el anuncio de que si necesitas solo un par de copias hay una fila especial para que no esperes turno, nunca funciona.
They lack better care and friendliness. The copied photo service is not very good and the announcement that if you need only a couple of copies there is a special row so you do not wait your turn, it never works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un gran lugar con muchas variedades de comida, postes , desayunos y bebidas de precios económicos y lo mejor de todo es que tiene productos veganos y orgánicos pero no solo son comestibles también tienen jabones, inciensos, desodorantes, cosméticos y productos de aseo personal, el lugar tiene mucha limpieza y es confiable además de que tiene wifi gratis por todas esas razones recomiendo mucho este lugar
It is a great place with many varieties of food, poles, breakfasts and drinks at affordable prices and the best thing of all is that it has organic and vegan products but not only are they edible they also have soaps, incenses, deodorants, cosmetics and personal care products, the place has a lot of cleanliness and is reliable, besides it has free wifi for all those reasons I recommend this place a lot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I am sorry but Mexico City has horrible customer service unlike in the US where managers teach their employees the customer is always right and it should be because they are the one keeping the business alive. In Mexico they train them the opposite. As if the establishment was doing the customer a favor by taking their money. They teach them to be dishonest and defend themselves even when the customer IS right. Its a dishonest practice and I found the hard way in this coffee shop too. I would STAY THE HELL OUT. The owners do not appreciate your business at all. If do go don't you dare ask for anything because they will humiliate you as if they were giving you everything for free.
