★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente, al adquirir un pastel con ellos no venía con algo para taparlo, al solicitarlo nos comentaron textualmente que era nuestra responsabilidad, en pocas palabras que nos arreglamos como podamos, de mala gana nos dieron una bolsa de mala calidad que quién sabe de dónde la sacaron y se desentendieron totalmente, no es posible que al querer consumir algo de calidad nos traten como lo hicieron, nada recomendable.
Terrible customer service, when buying a cake with them it did not come with something to cover it, when requesting it they told us verbatim that it was our responsibility, in a few words that we fixed ourselves as we can, they reluctantly gave us a poor quality bag that who knows Where did they get it from and completely ignored it, it is not possible that by wanting to consume something of quality they treat us as they did, not recommended.
