We bought our wedding rings here in July.
Terrible quality.
They promised us perfect rings made by mashines. Instead we got rings made by hand. None of the lines engraved onto the ring were straight or parallel to each other.
One ring was even damaged. Just a very poor quality.
The shop owner was not able to cope with our complaint in a professional way.
Her response: " I don't care whether you like them or not. It is not what you wanted but I like them. Leave my shop now."
