Terrible service, they took the arrangements 3 HOURS LATER, they did not answer calls, between the van and the flower shop they blamed each other but neither accepted any responsibility, they were both rude, the one who brought the arrangements did not even help us lower the costs. things, the bridal bouquet had the wrong colors even when it was the most expensive it was small compared to the photo that was shown to them. A very unpleasant experience, it was all for my wedding and they only made us have a very bad time, I do not recommend them and if I put a star it is because it does not allow me to put any.

Alvaro attended us very kindly and formally the first time, his reviews on fb (which he has already removed) made a good impression on us as a wedding planner and from the first date he was in charge of charging us for his services, $20,000 pesos, very good for the money but still So we trust that everything would turn out well and even though we hired him well in advance (our wedding was in November 2021 and we already hired him in January 2021) the day of the wedding had many mistakes and inattentions that I still cannot believe. He was paid for the wedding planner service and the decoration service, which is a very high cost compared to talking with other friends. Mistakes you made: - The bouquet was not delivered to my wife on the day of the wedding on time, which meant that my sister had to go at the last minute, causing her to miss the religious ceremony. - I told my wife that on the day of the wedding she would have a person from Alvaro's staff at all times for any details and it was not like that. - During the wedding there was a lot of disorganization and lack of order, the souvenirs were not delivered on time, nor was the selfie frame taken out, we were left with many personalized plastic bottles that he did not take out for our guests. - The organization of the tables was terrible and a real headache, despite the fact that a document was made in which it was clearly specified which table was up to each guest, nothing was respected and many guests ended up sitting where they could, some They were nowhere near leaving due to the terrible disorganization. - The guestbook and envelopes were not placed in a visible way for those guests who wanted to donate something in cash. - In the end, he did not pick up anything, neither the photos, nor the signs, we trusted that he would do it and fortunately the people in the room kept it for us. I understand that there are mistakes and no one is perfect, but what bothers me a lot is Alvaro's response and justification, at no time did he accept the mistakes and the lack of ability to plan events was very noticeable, he did not even stay the entire wedding (Then why did he get paid?) Anyway, as a florist it's good and expensive, but wedding planner leaves a lot to be desired, I don't recommend it. Thank God my wedding was incredible but it could have been better with another glider or simply rely on our family and friends, do not spend money with this man.
