★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO COMPREN AQUI!!! PESIMO SERVICIO...Resulta que en su pagina te ofrecen horarios para realizar sus entregas los cuales NO RESPETAN (en mi caso la persona ya no se encontraba en el lugar , porque fueron a la hora que ellos quisieron) y lo PEOR es que solo me enviaron ese correo "avisándome" que habían cambiado el color, pero no se molestaron en preguntarme si gustaba cambiar de arreglo, o alguna fotografía para saber en que gaste mi dinero. Ya había leído malos comentarios de este lugar pero jamas pensé me fuer a pasar a mi. De vdd mejor elijan otra opción que SI sea CONFIABLE y que RESPETEN el servicio y los productos que ofrecen. Y por cierto el estatus de mi pedido aun esta en "Pendiente" por lo que tampoco dan seguimiento.
Y ahora este "negocio" dice que soy SPAM...De verdad que miedo y que descaro! Definitivamente si tengan cuidado...
 DO NOT BUY HERE !!! PESIMO SERVICE ... It turns out that on their page they offer you schedules to make their deliveries which they DO NOT RESPECT (in my case the person was no longer in the place, because they were at the time they wanted) and the WORST thing is that only They sent me that email "letting me know" that they had changed the color, but they did not bother to ask me if I would like to change the arrangement, or a photograph to know where I spent my money. I had already read bad comments about this place but I never thought it would happen to me. You better choose another option that IS RELIABLE and that RESPECT the service and products they offer. And by the way, the status of my order is still in "Pending" so they don't follow up either.
And now this "business" says that I am SPAM ... Really, how scary and what audacity! Definitely be careful ...

Me avisaron al momento de recibir el arreglo en la direccion de envio e incluyeron fotografia! wow.. definitivamente volvere a utilizar sus servicios. gracias!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré online para entregar en otro Estado. Ya pagado me avisaron que solo tenían disponible rosas rojas. Nunca me ofrecieron la devolución del dinero. Pedí foto del arreglo y me dijeron que hasta que lo tuvieran hecho me lo mandaban. Pedí foto de la página para ver si era similar a lo que yo había pagado y me dijeron que la buscara yo misma en la página web.
Que experiencia tan amarga.
No entiendo porque ofrecen cosas que no tienen, y peor, el trato a los despistados que vamos a a dar ahí sin saber en que nos metemos.
I bought online to deliver in another state. After paying, they told me that they only had red roses available. They never offered me a refund. I asked for a photo of the arrangement and they told me that until they had it done they would send it to me. I asked for a photo of the page to see if it was similar to what I had paid for and they told me to look it up myself on the website.
What a bitter experience.
I do not understand why they offer things that they do not have, and worse, the treatment of the clueless that we are going to give there without knowing what we are getting into.
