En esta ocasión llegaron abiertos, al comentarle a la señora dice que es por el calor, por lo que les dejo este comentario manera de sugerencia es que cuiden el sistema de frio tanto a domicilio y en su sucursal para que no pase eso. Espero qué haya sido solo nuestro caso.
