★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tengo nada que decir de este lugar, la persona es muy atenta pero lo que prometen no es con lo que te entregan , pedí un ramo de cierto color y me mostraron varias imágenes de lo que supuesta mente hacen elegí y me pidieron un anticipo y hasta ahí todo bien, el problema empezó el día de la entrega, pedí que se me entregara a una hora y me lo tuvieron una hora después y como si no fuera suficiente el ramo que había elegido no era nada parecido al que me entregaron y se le comento ala persona y simplemente me dijo que no había flores del color que yo quería y en ningún momento me avisaron pésimo servicio, por dicha razón yo tuve que comprar otro ramo
y ninguna disculpa ni nada de su parte pésimo servicio y creo que no parece un ramo como para un evento
I have nothing to say about this place, the person is very attentive but what they promise is not what they give you, I asked for a bouquet of a certain color and they showed me several images of what they supposedly do, I chose and they asked me for an advance and So far so good, the problem started on the day of delivery, I asked that it be delivered to me at an hour and they had it an hour later and as if it were not enough the bouquet I had chosen was not anything similar to the one that was delivered to me and I told the person and he simply told me that there were no flowers of the color I wanted and at no time did they notify me of terrible service, for that reason I had to buy another bouquet
and no apology or anything from their part lousy service and I think it does not seem like a bouquet for an event
