Terrible service I bought some flowers and a box with photographs for February 14 I ordered them since January and they never delivered, I still do not receive my refund this is a fraud.

Una estafa! Compre un par de arreglos florales por el 10 de mayo, a precios más altos de lo promocionado en su página, lo sabía y acepté. Pero a ese pedido agregue una caja de donas por el cual pague $450... por 4 donas!!! (El cual ofrecen por $230 normalmente). Lo cual acepte porque eran donas decoradas y simplemente porque quería ese detalle con mis seres queridos. Lo que recibí en lugar de donas decoradas fue cuatro donas del 7-Eleven, sin decorar, solo puestas dentro de una caja sin un solo detalle, dedicatoria solicitada, nada!
Estafa total, los productos entregados no son los promocionados en sus redes, ni siquiera parecidos.
I have to clarify, that the owner or manager was kind and apologized for "the mistake", giving me a full refund for the donuts.
A fraud! I bought a couple of flower arrangements by May 10th, at higher prices than advertised on your page, I knew it and I accepted. But to that order I added a box of donuts for which I paid $ 450 ... for 4 donuts !!! (Which they offer for $ 230 normally). Which I accepted because they were decorated donuts and simply because I wanted that detail with my loved ones. What I received instead of decorated donuts was four 7-Eleven donuts, undecorated, just put inside a box without a single detail, dedication requested, nothing!
Total scam, the products delivered are not those promoted in their networks, not even similar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen precio pero mala presentación, las flores ya estaban medio negras y empezando a marchitarse. Al momento no ofrecen servicio para recoger en tienda por la contingencia por lo cual realizan envíos pero están muy desorganizados y se batalla para recoger las flores.
Good price but poor presentation, the flowers were already half black and starting to fade. At the moment they do not offer a service to pick up in the store due to the contingency, so they make shipments but they are very disorganized and there is a battle to collect the flowers.
