Terrible option, I placed an order for this May 10, which was my surprise, they did not deliver what I paid, my surprise on May 10 totally ruined and total irresponsibility, I do this so that no one else has to go through all the inconvenience that I have had to suffer myself and above all be SCAMED.

I made an order for May 10th. I was going to order lolaflora or send flowers but I thought it would be better to support local businesses. First it was very difficult to get them to listen to me, I took turns between whatsapp and facebook messenger. The day came and it was scheduled for between 7 and 12, I wrote at 14 to ask and nobody answered me. I wrote at 19:30 and the whatsapp person answered at 20:00 saying that the delivery people had been wrong but that she was to blame, but that if she still wanted the flowers they would send them to me (super tangled she) I said yes. They struck 00:00 and nothing. He told me that they were waiting for a uber from Neza (I did not understand what it had to do because I am in Cd. Satellite) at 1:00 he told me that they were not going to arrive and that today they would give me a refund. After several ignored messages I received my refund at 9:30 pm. I put two stars because they did give me the refund but it was really a very annoying experience and obviously I was terrible with my mom.
