Me decepcionó un poco. The flowers look very pretty in their photos, but I made an order and when they gave them to me they looked somewhat battered, and they didn't give me the tones that I had asked for and it didn't look the same as what I asked for on Instagram, and it's not like They are cheap so they don't give you what you ask. I was a little disappointed.

Ya no había mucha selección de flores por ser tan tarde pero Eliézer me mandó fotos de lo que si tenía disponible. Escojí uno de los ramos que me mostró, le mandé el pago y el me explicó que tendría que entregarlo un poco tarde e hizo la entrega a la hora que me había dicho. Me mandó un mensaje para avisar que ya había llegado. Quedé muy satisfecha con su servicio! Fué muy atento y profesional! Exceptional service! There was not much selection of flowers for being so late but Eliézer sent me photos of what I had available. I chose one of the branches that he showed me, I sent him the payment and he explained that he would have to deliver it a little late and made the delivery at the time he had told me. He sent me a message to let me know that he had already arrived. I was very satisfied with your service! He was very attentive and professional!

Me indicaron que abrían hasta media hora después, esperé y no me fue posible comprar rosas al domicilios que necesitaba por qué no me garantizaban la entrega y además cobraban el envío, que de no poder cumplir tendría que ir más tarde por ellas. Hubiera esperado un mejor servicio o intento por atender este pedido. I went this morning to look for an arrangement, the store had no schedules in sight, I had to call a phone. They told me that they would open until half an hour later, I waited and it was not possible for me to buy roses at the addresses I needed because they did not guarantee delivery and also charge the shipping, which if I could not comply I would have to go later for them. I would have expected better service or attempt to accommodate this request.
