★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los arreglos son de buena calidad, pero la entrega a domicilio es Terrible, Pésima, un Desastre. Arreglos programados para las 10 am los entregan a las 4 y media pm dejando mal al cliente.
The arrangements are of good quality, but home delivery is Terrible, Terrible, a Disaster. Arrangements scheduled for 10 am deliver them at 4:30 pm, leaving the customer bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio. Pedí que un arreglo que ordené fuera entregado entre 10 y 11 y me dijeron que así lo harían.
Finalmente lo entregaron a las 2 de la tarde y después de hablar un par de ocasiones para preguntarles el estado del envío. Me decían que ya lo habían mandado, que no tardaría en llegar; el taxista que lo entregó a las 2:00PM me dijo que se lo acaban de dar hacía unos minutos.
Y para colmo, llegó sin la tarjeta.
Very bad service. I asked that an arrangement I ordered be delivered between 10 and 11 and they said they would.
They finally delivered it at 2 in the afternoon and after talking a couple of times to ask the status of the shipment. They told me that they had already sent it, that it would arrive soon; the taxi driver who delivered it at 2:00 PM told me they just gave it to him a few minutes ago.
And to top it off, it came without the card.

La gestión del pedido fue en todo momento con el Sr. Fernando el cual me proporcionó un excelente servicio a pesar de haber sido el contacto solo por WhatsApp, más bien en todo momento respondio todas mis dudas con amabilidad y paciencia. Todas las especificaciones que le pedí las respetó y tal como se lo pedí hizo la entrega exactamente en la hora acordada. Realmente un servicio perfecto! Además los precios no son exagerados como en otras florerias. Super recomendados!!!!!!!
I was super happy to buy here! The order management was at all times with Mr. Fernando which provided me with an excellent service despite being the only contact for WhatsApp, but at all times he answered all my questions with kindness and patience. All the specifications I asked for were respected and as I asked, he made the delivery exactly at the agreed time. Really a perfect service! Also prices are not exaggerated as in other flower shops. YESTERDAY I TALKED TO A VERY KIND GUY I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT HE WAS FROM CDMX AND HE TOLD ME VERY KINDLY THAT OF COURSE IT WAS OFFERED TO ME AND I EXPLAINED THAT I NEEDED A FIX FOR THE NEXT DAY HE SENT ME PHOTOS I CHOSE IT AND TOLD HIM WHICH ONE AND I TOLD HIM IF I DEPOSITED HIM AND HE TOLD ME NOT UNTIL I SHOW YOU THE PHOTO AND SO HE DID IT AND I DEPOSITED HIM AND THEY DON'T KNOW HOW BEAUTIFUL THE ARRANGEMENT LOOKS ON THEM AND I WAS MORE HAPPY THAT THEY DID NOT FAIL ME IN ANYTHING THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICES I REALLY RECOMMEND THEM A THOUSAND THANKS THEY DESERVE MORE THAN 5 STARS AND NEVER CHANGE THEIR CHARACTER 100% I RECOMMEND THEM
