De inicio los que contestan son medio groseros y tardan. Después llegaron tarde las flores, ya casi de noche, maltratadas, sin el papel que tiene la foto (el florero se lo puse yo). Pague 760 pesos por estas flores (con el envío), para nada valen la pena, pueden ir con una florista local y les entrega algo mejor.
 TERRIBLE SERVICE.
At first those who answer are half rude and take time. Then the flowers arrived late, almost at night, battered, without the paper that the photo has (I put the vase for them). Pay 760 pesos for these flowers (with shipping), they are not worth it at all, you can go to a local florist and they will give you something better.

Súper mala atención por whats app , pareciera que te están haciendo un favor!
Obviamente pedí reembolso y ya pasaron los 15 días que me prometieron y no he recibido nada!

Nosotros vivimos fuera del país y nos ha parecido genial poderle enviar flores y regalos a la gente que queremos que vive en México por medio de Guapa con flores. El concepto, el servicio y los valores que sostienen me parecen geniales. Gracias!!
The best thing that could happen to us was finding this flower shop!! I highly recommend it. We live outside the country and we thought it was great to be able to send flowers and gifts to the people we love who live in Mexico through Guapa con flores. The concept, the service and the values they uphold seem great to me. Thanks!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se pidió se entregaran las flores de día. Y primero dijeron que entre 4 y 4:30. Después que entre 6 y 6:30. Llegaron hasta las 8 pm y todas marchitas. Pésimo trabajo, antes trabajaban con más calidad, se ha deteriorado mucho el servicio. Al menos sí hicieron el reembolso.
Day flowers were requested to be delivered. And first they said between 4 and 4:30. After that between 6 and 6:30. They arrived until 8 pm and all withered. Terrible work, before they worked with higher quality, the service has deteriorated a lot. At least they did make the refund.
