j	jhonny mcfly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contaré la mala experiencia que tuve en este negocio, por la mañana acudí para encargar un ramo de rosas, las pedí rojas y rosas, con el envoltorio en color dorado (porque es uno de los colores favoritos de a quien iba a dar el ramo), pero al ir a recoger el ramo a las 6pm me dicen que no tienen rosas rojas en existencia, que no se habían dado cuenta, que me lo compensaban con poner más cantidad de rosas, es decir ni siquiera lo habian preparado y tuve que esperar 40 min más y al final ni siquiera el envoltorio fué cómo lo pedí porque tampoco tenian en existencia en color dorado, pero ni siquiera me avisaron por telefono, además las rosas no eran de la mejor calidad, al final me dieron disque un cupón de descuento para la próxima compra porque no quisieron devolverme el efectivo, de ninguna manera volvería a comprar ahí, pésimo servicio. Me gusta el que puedes interactuar en el sentido de poder opinar para como quieres el arreglo floral, te enseñan fotos y videos para hacer más fácil tu elección. En general muy buen servicio. Es una pena qué no haya visto los reviews aquí antes y darme cuenta que ya se lo habían hecho a más personas. Agrego qué cuando vas a hablar con ellos te hablan con una prepotencia increíble. Al final no me entregaron ningún arreglo y no me regresaron mi dinero. These people are scammers, I paid for a flower arrangement, because they gave me many facilities of dates and times to pick it up, however, when I went for it, they did not deliver it to me; arguing many rules that contradict the facilities they gave me. It's a shame that I didn't see the reviews here before and realized that more people had already done it. I add that when you go to talk to them they speak to you with incredible arrogance. In the end they did not give me any repair and they did not return my money.
