★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio a cliente! Parece página profesional y se ven bien los arreglos pero el servicio por whats up es una lástima! Hice un pago por PayPal me cobró incorrectamente la página, no fue mi culpa al enviarle esto a la florería me dice q no pague el envío, después de un argumento largo por 99 pesos me dice q cancela mi arreglo por fraude? Además de hacerme perder el tiempo, también me hizo perder el dinero. Aguas si envían de fuera mejor busquen otra florería. Malísima respuesta sobre todo porque tengo pruebas del pago y no existe fraude alguno y también del chat que solo deja ver el pésimo servicio que da, lo que es es.
Terrible customer service! It looks like a professional page and the arrangements look good but the service by whats up is a shame! I made a payment through PayPal, the page incorrectly charged me, it was not my fault when I sent this to the flower shop, it tells me not to pay for the shipment, after a long argument for 99 pesos, it tells me that it cancels my arrangement due to fraud? Besides wasting my time, it also made me lose money. Waters, if you send from abroad, better find another flower shop. Very bad response especially because I have proof of payment and there is no fraud and also the chat that only shows the terrible service it gives, what it is.
