Una de las cosas que busco antes de hacer una compra, es que la atención a clientes sea buena. Con ellos me sentí acogido desde el primer segundo (propuesta floral, pedido, seguimiento y entrega). Su amabilidad fue clave para tomar mi decisión.
Entre su catálogo no se encontraba la propuesta del arreglo floral que tenía en mente, pero eso no fue impedimento; puesto que tuvieron gran apertura para escucharme y flexibilidad para realizarlo; el arreglo superó mis expectativas, realmente quedó bellísimo.
Las flores todas frescas, de calidad. Tuvieron la amabilidad de mantenerme al tanto durante todo el proceso (fotos y video del arreglo floral, así como de la entrega). La realización del pago fue sumamente fácil y confiable. En la entrega fueron puntuales en el día y la hora acordada.
Indiscutiblemente, volveré a encargar flores aquí. ¡Mis felicitaciones al florista, es todo un artista!

His catalog did not include the proposal for the flower arrangement he had in mind, but that was not an impediment; since they had great openness to listen to me and flexibility to do it; the arrangement exceeded my expectations, it really turned out beautiful.
The flowers are all fresh, of quality. They were kind enough to keep me up to date throughout the entire process (photos and video of the flower arrangement, as well as delivery). Making the payment was extremely easy and reliable. In the delivery they were punctual on the day and time agreed.
