Entiendo que San Valentín es la fecha con demanda más alta del año pero el no atender al cliente ni sí quiera para informar sobre alguna demora u ofrecer alternativas por los retrasos no es una forma profesional de llevar a cabo las cosas.
El 14 de Febrero Adquirí (Pedido #16744) uno de los paquetes por ($1,356) y en las conversaciones claramente se nota que los representantes están conectados y no responden los mensajes.
No recomiendo esta compañía y deberían de asegurar brindar un servicio adecuado antes de cualquier cosa.

I understand that Valentine's Day is the highest demand date of the year but not serving the customer or even wanting to report a delay or offer alternatives for delays is not a professional way of doing things.

Las flores llegaron después del tiempo que yo sleccione, los botones ya estaban muy abiertos, no se veian como en la foto, y en mi otro pedido pedí un globo de feliz cumpleaños y me mandaron del día de las madres, en el pedido había seleccionado algo muy diferente a lo que me cobraron y mandaron.
I made two orders. The flowers arrived after the time that I selected, the buttons were already wide open, they did not look like in the photo, and in my other order I asked for a happy birthday balloon and they sent me on Mother's Day, in the order I had selected something very different from what they charged and sent me.

Teníamos buenas referencias pero la experiencia no está siendo del todo buena, ahora esperemos a ver la calidad del trabajo final
