★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonitos arreglos entre 500-600 pesos y realizan entregas en los alrededores de Santa Ana Xalmimilulco sin costo extra, sin embargo, el horario que indican es que abre a las 09:00 HRS y no es verdad, en los teléfonos no contestan tampoco ya que llame mil veces para preguntar a qué hora abrían, espere por cerca de 1 hora y media en la mañana y abrieron tarde, además, pagué mi arreglo por adelantado y escogí todo, pero, 1 día antes del día de entrega me escriben por whatsapp y me preguntan que a qué hora iba yo a dejar los chocolates cuando nunca me dijeron que el costo no los incluía, era una sorpresa y trabajo super lejos no había manera de llegar ya que había pedido permiso en mi trabajo ese día para hacer la compra, tuve que pedirle que los comprara y que le depositaba y así solucionar el problema pero si me molestó que no avisarán bien esa parte y al último me hicieran pagar extra, es válido pero que dejen bien en claro a los clientes lo que se incluye y lo que no desde un principio, si me hubieran dicho antes hubiera comprado los chocolates con anticipación y una variedad a mi elección.
En fin,se cumplió la entrega y a la próxima ya se que no se incluyen sin embargo en otros lugares y en otras ocasiones cuando se entrega un ramo o arreglo los dulces fresas o chocolates van incluidos y aquí no.
