★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried ordering some flowers for my wife’s birthday, they told me the price, then after about 1 hour said they don’t have enough flowers, then after another hour they said they have some available but in different colors and that I could get them by 6pm, long story short it was 8pm and nobody was even responding to my messages (which they said I should send, to be faster). Very bad customer service, poor management. I wasted 5 hours when I could have gotten the flowers from somewhere else, now I have to run all around town and try to find something ?♂️
