The worst experience in customer service and definitely the worst bouquet that my mother could receive on this May 10th. We paid 1,500 pesos for a poorly made bouquet that did not look anything like the photo they have on their profile. The base looked like a kindergarten teacher with little flowers and butterflies. They offer something they cannot deliver. Unfortunately I was not there to make sure I received something decent. Apart from the note in which the dedication was written to my mother was an IMSS recipe sheet cut in half. They didn't even have the delicacy to put up a little card. It was very important to me that my mother receive something special in her day and make it clear to her, instead she received a cheap bouquet but they charged quite expensive. I give them a star because there is no chance to put less than that. Lupita Florist was a disappointment to do business with you, definitely I and my family will never consume your products again.
