El día 09 de Mayo se había quedado con la persona para la entrega de un arreglo floral a las 8 de la noche. Se estuvo al pendiente del teléfono para cualquier inconveniente que se presentara. Se mandó msj pasadas las 8 y nos mencionan que no salió nada (por ende, al ofrecer un servicio a domicilio, sino sale nadie, marcas para poder entregar el pedido).
Al día siguiente, se volvió a mandar mensaje al medio día y aun no habían entregado las flores, dos horas después las entregan y no es el arreglo que se pidió, se habló con la persona responsable y mencionó que se trabajaron con las flores en existencia que tenían..no con lo que pidió el cliente, cosa que en ningún momento se mencionó. Anexo fotos de lo que se pidió, y lo que se entregó. La persona encargada mencionó que ya no se puede hacer nada, ya que no les quedaban flores.
Terrible service!
On May 9, he had stayed with the person for the delivery of a flower arrangement at 8 at night. He was on the phone for any inconvenience that arose. Msg was sent after 8 o'clock and they mention that nothing came out (therefore, when offering a home delivery service, if no one leaves, brands to be able to deliver the order).
The next day, a message was sent again at noon and the flowers had not yet been delivered, two hours later they are delivered and it is not the arrangement that was requested, they spoke with the person responsible and mentioned that they worked with the flowers in stock that they had ... not what the client asked for, which was never mentioned. I enclose photos of what was ordered, and what was delivered. The person in charge mentioned that nothing can be done anymore, since they had no flowers left.
