I expected a little more professionalism. Not a demanding florist. It's like for the small town. In my experience, flower arrangements are art and as art they express feelings and personalities. It's not just tossing the bunch of flowers and foliage as they fall.

El nuevo arreglo que me entregaron, obvio si era la que esperaba! They have nice arrangements and they have always treated me very well, however, this month that I asked for an arrangement was not what I expected when I received it, I informed them of the problem and they told me that it had a guarantee and they changed it at no cost for transfer. The new arrangement they gave me, obviously if it was what I expected!
