C	Carolina Garcia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen un letrero que dice servicio 24/7 y envíos internacionales pero hice un pedido para Estados Unidos para un Domingo y no me entregaron porque dijeron que no había servicio los domingos y nunca que comentaron eso el día que hice el pedido me entregaron al día siguiente pero les dije que me urgía la entrega temprano en la mañana y no recibieron las flores hasta la tarde. Atendieron muy mal y nunca dan detalles de sus servicios aunque también les dije que si había algún problema que me marcarán y nunca lo hacían. Pésimo servicio pero la Flores si están hermosas y de buen precio solamente recomiendo para los ramos que ya tengan hecho para pedidos no They have a sign that says 24/7 service and international shipping but I made an order for the United States for a Sunday and they did not deliver because they said there was no service on Sundays and they never commented on that the day I placed the order they delivered me the next day but I told them that I was urged to deliver early in the morning and they did not receive the flowers until the afternoon. Le pedí que me cotizara un ramo con una idea que yo quería y desde ahí no le pareció la idea de armarme uno A MI GUSTO, cuando se supone que ese es su trabajo. Para todo me decía que no había la flor/hoja que quería, cuando yo en la mayoria sus ramos los veía. Me armó uno y le dije que estaba bien, pero que si me podía agregar mas follaje y me dice: "bueno le va a salir mas caro" ( le agregó 3 ramas) - ok esta bien. Ya estaba listo mi primer ramo, en seguida le dije que si me podía hacer un azar de novio y le enseñé una idea, se va al fondo y me saca una flor como la que previamente le había pedido para el primer ramo y le dije: mire si tenía la flor que le comenté en un inicio, me la puede agregar a mi ramo? Y me dice: "no no, ramo hecho ya no lo deshago (todo esto con tono grosero)" en buena onda le pregunte que porque estaba enojado y me dijo que era un "ideático". La verdad no entendí porque estaba tan cerrado y grosero, así que tuve que traerme el ramo y las flores aparte (las que ya no me quiso agregar) para yo armarlo. El azar ya no lo quise. Estoy seguro que en ningún momento fui grosero. Parece que no les gusta que les pidas que te armen uno a tu gusto, sólo quieren vender lo que tienen hecho. VERY RUDE MR. WHO TREATED ME AND DONE THE WORK WRONG. I asked him to quote me a bouquet with an idea that I wanted and from there he did not think of the idea of putting one together AS I WAS, when that is supposed to be his job. For everything he told me that there was not the flower / leaf that he wanted, when I saw his bouquets in most of them. He put one together for me and I told him that it was fine, but if he could add more foliage to me and he says: "well it will be more expensive" (he added 3 branches) - ok that's fine. My first bouquet was ready, I immediately told him that if he could make me a boyfriend and I showed him an idea, he goes to the bottom and takes me a flower like the one I had previously asked for the first bouquet and I said: Look if you had the flower that I mentioned in the beginning, can you add it to my bouquet? And he tells me: "no no, bouquet done I don't undo it anymore (all this with a rude tone)" in good vibes I asked him why he was angry and he told me he was an "ideological". I really didn't understand why he was so closed and rude, so I had to bring the bouquet and the flowers apart (the ones he didn't want to add anymore) so I could put it together. Chance no longer wanted it. I'm sure at no point was I rude. It seems they don't like you asking them to build one for you, they just want to sell what they have made.

NO COMPREN EN ESTE LUGAR DE RATEROS They are thieves, they abused because my order was from CDMX...what I asked for and what they sent, in the end it was a shame to send that thing and they charged me more than $1,000.- The cheeky ones never apologized, but yes, payment in advance.
