If you are looking for flowers to make that special person in Nátura impacted you will find them! They make incredible designs and if you have something particular in mind they make it happen. They have flowers for all occasions, birthdays, anniversaries, XV years, weddings and much more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí un arreglo por internet (con al menos 5 días de anticipación) basándome en su catalogo, sin embargo lo que mandaron no es lo que pedí. Escribí para reclamar, en un principio ignoraron mis mensajes pero después de escribir en su pagina de FB se comunicaron conmigo y "repararon el daño" enviándome una cortesía. Sin embargo pues al ser un regalo no me gusto el hecho de que manden algo distinto a lo que pedí. Dejo foto de lo que me llego y lo que pedí.
I ordered an arrangement online (at least 5 days in advance) based on their catalog, however what they sent is not what I asked for. I wrote to complain, at first they ignored my messages but after writing on their FB page they contacted me and "repaired the damage" by sending me a courtesy. However, since it is a gift, I did not like the fact that they send something other than what I asked for. I leave a photo of what I received and what I asked for.

Les llame unos días antes de viajar a Oaxaca desde los Estados Unidos.
Les dije qué quería un arreglo para mi esposa y que lo llevarán al Hotel donde nos íbamos a hospedar.
Ellos lo llevaron el mismo día unas horas antes, para que estuviera fresco y se mantuviera en buen estado.
Mi esposa le encantó su arreglo, y al siguiente día fui a su local a comprarle un arreglo para mi abuelita.
Very professional and very nice work.
I called them a few days before traveling to Oaxaca from the United States.
I told them that I wanted an arrangement for my wife and that they would take it to the Hotel where we were going to stay.
They took it the same day a few hours before, so that it was fresh and kept in good condition.
My wife loved her arrangement, and the next day I went to her store to buy her an arrangement for my grandmother.
