A week in advance I asked for an arrangement for my mom, I sent them photos of arrangements that they themselves published on their networks and I gave them an advance to secure my purchase. The day I went to pick it up it took me a long time to deliver it, when they deliver it they give me a completely different arrangement than what I asked for, the girl who gives it to me tells me that they did not specify and that they no longer had flowers like the one I wanted. I tell them that I don't like the one they give me and how can we do it because I already left an advance. The girl who took my order over the phone just came over and without even turning to look at me or asking for an apology, she left and they only told me that they were always going to do it for me. They took me 1 hour because I was late for my event, and in the end they gave me an arrangement with less flowers, at the same price and without even an apology for all the hard time they put me through. It had been highly recommended to me but the truth is that my first experience was AWFUL.
