★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ended up at Rosales becausebhe was the only one open at 9am on Mothers day. I was surprised at the quality, selections and freshness of his flowers. But what was more surprising were his prices. Purchased a beautiful bouquet for 750 pesos which is $35 US. And he included a vase.
