Nunca me dieron respuesta acerca del encargo a domicilio que solicité, no me hicieron llegar la clabe de transferencia para realizar el pago correspondiente, cuando marqué solo decían estar ocupados y que luego la pasaban, estuve esperando su respuesta y ni al contestar el teléfono brindaron buena atención. Creo que es mejor decir que no es posible brindar el servicio a dejar a un cliente esperando. No los recomiendo.
Improve your care for people who request your services. They never gave me an answer about the home order I requested, they did not send me the transfer code to make the corresponding payment, when I checked they only said they were busy and then they passed it, I was waiting for their answer and even when answering the phone they did not provide good Attention. I think it is better to say that it is not possible to provide the service to leave a customer waiting. I do not recommend them.
