No contestan mensajes, ni llamadas y tampoco se me ha dado respuesta ni explicación del por qué no se entregó. Very bad service. For Mother's Day I requested the delivery of 2 arrangements, only one of them arrived and for the other I am still waiting for its shipment. They do not answer messages or calls and I have not been given an answer or explanation as to why it was not delivered.

Ademas las flores fueron bellisimas, tanto como el florero y el liston. La cartita esta super bonita tambien, compare otra vez con ellos, gracias por facilitar las relaciones a distancia ! :) Me being in France and my partner being in Mexico, it's been 2 times now that I've had flowers delivered by Floreria Suspiros and everything was absolutely perfect: easy to order, a lot of choice on the website, different delivery times very pleasant. They went beyond my expectations!! They did a beautiful arrangement and they do have friendly and attentive service over the phone. The flowers were delivered on the stated date.
